Data not showing in GA

  • I recently changed the website that I was using for Google Analytics due to a rebrand. I have tried uninstalling and setting up Monster Insights again and yet I am not receiving the data in my GA account. I set this up yesterday afternoon and it says it can take a few hours but has not begun to work over night. Not sure what steps to take next to get this working as everything looks set up correctly.

    Hi there,
    If you recently connected your site to MonsterInsights it can take up to 24 hours for statistics to begin populating, unless you also just created the Google Analytics property or account (not the Google account) in which case it can take up to 48 hours.

    Make sure you’ve cleared any plugin or server/host provided caching, and if it doesn’t resolve itself over the next day or two, send us a support ticket at Monsterinsights.com/contact via the presale form.
