I use Koko Analytics on standalone WordPress sites and it works great.

Recently, I used it on the sub-site of a WPMU network. For example:

    network.com/sub-site

That sub-site also has its own domain mapped to it, so it’s available on the FE with both of these structures:

    network.com/sub-site

    sub-site.com

I sent at least 100 visitors (verified) to each of the 2 URLs above (so, 200+ total visitors).

The analytics still show 0 visitors.

Any idea what may be going on?

    Thank you!

Can you share a link to one of the sites where it isn’t working so I can do some debugging? Thanks

Hi. It seems the analytics did start showing stats – just with a delay.

The one issue currently, is that the analytics show traffic sources like:

    -1

    google.com

    bing.com

Not sure what that “-1” is (that’s where most of the visitors appear to be coming, btw).

If I need to open a separate thread about this, please let me know.

    Thank you.

Koko just takes $_SERVER[“HTTP_REFERER”] to get the traffic source. Maybe on your PHP setup its returning -1 instead of an empty string when there is no referer?

I will ask Danny to look into this / filter it out.
