    Hi,

Using your plugin for about a week and having a couple of issues.

    1. First several days the plugin worked okay and collected the statistics, after that I have 3 days which show empty data, and then it started work again.
    2. When I click “Settings” link it goes to https://__mydomain__/settings, and throws 404 error.

The settings link should go to https:// —- /wp-admin/index.php?page=koko-analytics#/settings

Is there any errors in the browser console when you visit the Koko page in your wp admin?

As for Koko not collecting data, usually this is an issue with Wp Cron. Is this on a testing site with low traffic, or on a live website that should have enough traffic to properly trigger wp-cron every hour at least?

There’re no errors in the browser console, however I just noticed a warning from plugin:

“There seems to be an issue with your site’s WP Cron configuration that prevents Koko Analytics from automatically processing your statistics. If you’re not sure what this is about, please ask your webhost to look into this.”

@bigbanks You can install a plugin like Advanced Cron manager to check if any other task is blocken the Cron queue. Of if this is regarding test site or a very low traffic site you can set up a normal cron job to hit yoursite .com/wp-cron.php every 5 minutes to trigger the cron queue from executing. This however shouldn’t be causing a 404 error in the admin screen / redirect to the wrong URL. Could you email a link to this thread to support @ kokoanalytics.com please? Thanks

@ghaberlin It would be better to start your own thread in this forum instead of replying to another thread. That way your specific issue will get more attention. In our tests Koko works on version 6.2. Please dont’ forget to add as much information as possible describing the exact issue you’re having. Thanks

sorry i did not intended to disturb your conversation….. thanks for the prompt response out site has between 200-600 visits a day so there is quiet som trafic . I can see the plugind but when trying to open the link it just shows a blank page with this loink :
*Koko Analytics ? Webshop Archive Galleri Heike Arndt DK — WordPress (heike-arndt.dk)
