I could see the error. However, our next update is almost ready to be released. This will most likely get fixed in 2.4. We plan to release it by 14th January.

Could you elevate me to admin for a while so I can test out the upload limits?

This usually happens when the file size for an upload is lesser than what is set on WordPress.

To test this, try uploading the same mp4 from WordPress Media Library and see if it gets uploaded. If it doesn’t, you need to increase the limit as described here:

There has been no reply on this thread and we’ve crossed a few versions. I’m assuming this is resolved.
