Data missing from template 1

    The site isn’t live yet so I can’t show a link.

    I have implemented template 1 and chosen the location and a custom location name.

    It’s for a watersports club so wind and visibility are important. When I implement the wind speed is showing but without direction. Visibility and wind gusts are showing as zero.

    This is the first time I’ve used the plug-in so I may well be missing something but any help you can give would be appreciated.

    Thanks for contacting us. Hope you are doing great today!

    We would appreciate it if you could share the location you are using in the shortcode. The ‘Wind Direction‘ becomes visible using an icon. If the icon is not visible it can be due to icon conflict. It would be better if you could share the page link with us. Since you are unable to provide the link, we suggest you share a screenshot of the weather widget.

    The ‘Visibility‘ and the ‘Wind gust‘ can be zero at some point of the weather update. If there is any change in the weather, it will be updated automatically. If you share the location with us, we will check the location from our end and show you the output.
