After upgrading to 1.2.8 I’m missing a lot of data. As you can see in this screenshot, all users are now showing as ‘Unknown’, IP addresses are missing, and NULL is shown instead of page names and other data. Prior to the update this was all displaying fine.

I’ve tried rolling back to the previous version but that version is now missing the data as well.

We are running WordPress 4.0 with multisite on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, Apache 2.2.22, PHP 5.3.10 and MySQL 14.14.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Hi tom-henderson,

First off, thank you for using our plugin and sorry to hear you are encountering such problem.

Unfortunately we have never seen something similar and this would be a bit difficult to troubleshoot without getting some more info, such as more info about your setup etc.

To ensure no sensitive data is disclosed, can you please get in touch with us by sending us an email on [email protected]?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have the same problem as tom-henderson since upgrading to 1.2.8. Only the last three data entries are normal.

Running WordPress 4.0, SQL 5.5.37 and PHP 5.23.9

    No problems until this update.

    Hi Gents,

We just released version 1.2.9. Can you please try to install this version and advise if the issue is still reproducible?

    Thank you.

It is working now! Thank you very much. This is a great plugin.
