    Hey guys,

I’ve installed the plugin and got all the data in the yoast_meta, but after i update the yoast SEO in a post, it’s not showing up anymore?

Do you have the same issue?

It’s happening after i update the yoast SEO facebook title, description on a specific post.

    Hi @falkovic

Thank you for using our plugin!

I have tested the issue you mention, but when I update the Yoast SEO facebook title and description the yoast_meta is updated as well. So unfortunately I cannot reproduce the error.
Is all yoast_meta gone or just the updated parts?

To try and help you solve this issue: What did you put in the facebook title and description? And what plugins do you have installed?

I’m having a similar experience. Prior to updating the page, yoast_meta includes items with {name, content} and {property, content}. After updating, it only returns {name, content} items so og:title, og:description are no longer returned.

Hey, I am facing the same issue, before updating the Open Graph Meta Data was there after updating its missed completely. Does someone knows how to solve it?

    Hi @falkovic @lestersconyers @neufeld

Thank you all for using our plugin!

Sorry for the delay, last week I was at WordCamp Europe so I did not have time to investigate this any further. Now we have managed to reproduce the error and found a fix for it. We have just released a new version of our plugin which should fix the issue. Please keep in mind: pages/posts which already have the error should be saved again in order to solve the error.

Please let us know if the error is solved, so we can mark this issue as resolved.

    Thank you @acato!

It seems to work correctly now. But I can’t find title tag anymore, og:title and twitter:title are there but title is missed. Could you check it please?

    Thanks again

    Hi @neufeld

I am not sure which title you are refering to? Are you sure you are not looking for the title which is already in de default REST API call? If not can you perhaps supply an example?

    Hello @acato,

with the title I mean – yoast’s “SEO titles”: https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/titles-and-meta-descriptions/

    Hi @neufeld

Clear, the title you can set there is the same as the og:title. On a non-headless website Yoast SEO also manipulates the <title>-tag to change it to that title. We have however not yet implemented it to also change the title in the default REST API response, since at first we only wanted to add the actual <meta>-tags. I will add it to a list of possible improvements for the future. For now you could use the og:title since it is exactly the same value.
