Data loss using Kanban Pro

    We have a multi-board install to track project progress through 3 distinct parts of our workflow-Design, Printing, Shipping. I have defined the same task fields on each board, Due Date, Note 1, Note 2. Here’s what’s happening:

    1. Enter new Project in Design with Due Date, (using picker), Note 1, Note 2
    2. After the Board syncs, only the data in the Title field remains. All other info is flushed
    3. If you move the tile to the next board BEFORE it syncs and add data, that data will remain

    Have been trying to get support on this for over a week but haven’t received any assistance other than to run /kanban/board?debug=script which generates no errors.

    Purchased the lifetime Pro license and need this to actually function. Any guidance from anyone?

    Site is up-to-date on WP, Plugins, MySQL, Linux and PHP. It runs on an internal, non-routed IP network.
