Data layer not pulling url information through

Gday, I am using the lattest WP and updated our theme (enfold to the lattest version. I am also upd to date with the GTM4WP plugin.
The data layer for links is not capturing the url of links for just links or any links. When testing on the back end of GTM the link url is staying blankhttps://snipboard.io/uIc8xE.jpg

is there a way to force the data through as it is obviously a link and there is nothing blocking the result?
