Data is not saving in google sheet

Sorry for the trouble you are facing

Error log shows blank, have you enable the error log from wp-config.php ?

After successful authentication, have you entered sheetname, sheetid, tabname and tab ID too?
and also arranged the columns manually in sheet?

Let me know with the screenshots as well, to help you out further.

Your documentation does not tell what part of the google sheet url into the

the google sheet id
the google tab id

it says to get it from the sheet url, but doesn’t specify what part of the url to copy.

My error log is also empty.

also, is the date column required even if one is not using it?

Ugh, found the issues – mismatch of fields (caps in one but not the other), and somehow I created the spreadsheet under the wrong gmail account, but was accessible to both and I hadn’t noticed it. It is now working.
