• Hi,

Have tried to use this plugin to create role based pricing in a multisite. On products (catalog and single page) it works well.
When we get to the cart, the plugin have features we want, but it does not work.
    First issue: text over cart:
“A credit of 3.804 has been applied to this new order. Feel free to add products to it or change other details such as delivery date.”
    – it might be that this message applied after clicking “edit order” on order page, but the weird thing is that this message is there, regardless of changing cart items, quantity and so on. I have to disable the plugin to remove it.
    Second issue:
    It does not calculate tax
    Third issue:
The amount on Credit is always the same as the total price of the products after discount. Would think that Credit should be the discounted number (in this case 20 %)

Any experience with these issues? We also have variable products, so would buy the pro plugin for this, but it clearly do not work as free version, so very hesitant to order pro version because it do not work.

Edit: I have flushed cache on site several times to see if the first issue is removed, but it did not help.

    Hello @tonyhnor,
    Thanks for contacting us!?
    1. This message doesn’t seem to be triggered by this plugin. Could you please confirm?if you are using any third-party plugin for adding credit for a new order as it is not under our plugin scope for adding credit as our plugin is a discount and pricing plugin?

    2. Basic version of the ELEX role-based plugin doesn’t have the option for calculating the tax so I would suggest you check your store tax configuration.
However, The premium version has the option to regulate WooCommerce tax option based on roles. Please go through this article for more details.

    3. ELEX role-based pricing plugin will apply the discount on regular or sales prices, not on any third-party credit amount option.
You can go through the link to check the features available in our premium version before purchasing our plugin -`
