I am unsure if this is a plug-in issue but the e-commerce data in GA says we have sold far more products then we actually have in the same period based on the “Net Sales” in WooCommerce. The difference is over $10,000 in a 7 day period.

    Hi @tougetuning

Could you please share your store url?

Probably there must be multiple GA scripts running on your page and because of that multiple hits for a single event may be happening.

Your GA revenue is in multiple of actual revenue?

    Regards

I have the same exact issue. I notice that oftentimes GA reports that Quantity of 3 was sold instead of 1 (actual sold).

I have also verified that this is the only GA plugin running on my site. This skews the data.

Has this issue been root caused?

    Hi @amitramani

    1. Please make sure there is only one GA script running on your store.

    2. If you could share store URL, I could debug this further.

    Hi @tougetuning

There are 2 GA scripts running on each page of your store.

    Hence, the issue.

Please remove one which is not from our plugin.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello @tatvic
I have verified only one GA plugin is active on my site.

    site is tacknrider.com

I have verified using the Tag Assistant chrome extension.

    Hey Amit,

I have had a look at you store and found that there are 2 GA scripts running to each page of your store. (See screenshot: https://prntscr.com/penvsh) which are pointing to same property in GA hence, every data is being captured twice and sent to GA. Hence, you would be getting lower bounce rate and such data which is misleading.

I would suggest to remove one GA which is not added by our plugin and wait for 2-3 days to analyze and monitor the data.

Kindly let us know the finding so that we can improve too.

Hope this helps and I could articulate it better.

    Regards
