    1. Tried to import data with the supplied 2 sample CSV files and 2 other own versions.
    Nothing happens, simply data is not added

    2. The society is based in Switzerland, but currency should be EUR. In stripe modul I selected EUR, but still CHF is showing as currency when aplplying for membership

    Hi sensitiv!

    1. We’re not able to replicate issues with the import system. Do you see the review screen that appears after uploading the file, with the button for “Finalize Import”? If not try to refresh your browser, then click on the upload box to pull up the system file dialog and open the file you want to upload that way.

    2. The membership level currency is based on your currency settings under Organization Settings > Integration at the time the membership level is created. Once the level is created the currency is fixed. So if you created a level when your currency was set to CHF, it will remain CHF. This is a limitation of the payment gateways as they do not allow currencies to be changed once billing starts. In order to fix this you will need to delete the existing membership level, make sure your currency is set to EUR and then create the level again.

    1. No review screen was visible.
    Changed browser from Google Chrome to Firefox, now I see review system and Standard Data is imported

    2. Recreation of membership levels solved the problem
