Data gathering on real estate website

  • Good day good people!

    I’m about to work on building a real estate website and my client wants to get visitors’ phone numbers before they can view a listing. Apart from that, she also wants visitors have the chance to sign up and saved their searched listings. Now my questions are:

    1. Is there any plugin that requires a visitors to give their phone number before they can view a listed property?

    2. What’s the best membership plugin for this? I think a simple membership plugin will do (and oh! she wants to have social login)?

    Yes, there is a WPL Pro (Real Estate) Plugin for WordPress, developed by a company called Realtyna. Based on my experience, with its core features and the add-ons, you can have all that you described above, including Save Search, forced registration for visiting listings, membership, and social login via FB, Twitter, etc. Here is the free (Basic) version:

    I find it too robust, all I want to have is this kind of workflow:

    Visitor want to get the broker’s number > Visitor to force give his/her phone number > Then he/she gets to see the broker’s number.

    And then the number will be stored to a cloud or whatever to give the broker a chance to reach out again.

    It’s not even tested on current WordPress version.
