    Hi,

    There are compatibility problems between the “eStore” theme and the “WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Payment Gateway” plugin. When choosing a Braintree Payment form of payment (checkout page) does not reveal the data filling form. In addition, other forms of payment and delivery also cease to work. Other payment plugins along with the theme “eStore” work correctly (for example WooCommerce Braintree Payment Gateway author: wp.insider). If you change the theme, for example to “Twenty Nineteen”, then the plugin “WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Payment Gateway” works fine.

    Greetings!

    There are compatibility problems between the “eStore” theme and the “WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Payment Gateway” plugin. When choosing a Braintree Payment form of payment (checkout page) does not reveal the data filling form.

    Themes have what are called template overrides which control the visual aspect of pages WooCommerce provides, such as the Cart and Checkout pages. Due to this if there is something not working, it is best to reach out to your theme provider and have them take a look.

    If you change the theme, for example to “Twenty Nineteen”, then the plugin “WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Payment Gateway” works fine.

    Definitely let them know this, as it is a clear indication that it is the theme itself. Give them the list of items you listed here that are not working, and they should be able to help further.
