    Site Health Info has been shared via the Google Form ??

    Hey,

    Thanks for the details.

    In order to troubleshoot this can you please perform the following activities at your end?

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    4. Attempt to setup Site Kit once more

    You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Abdullah, I will use this thread to be able to fill in my Site health Information form.

    Hi Abdullah, I’ve done the steps you have requested but nothing changed.

    @voidsec,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Would you mind to disable ModSecurity & iThemes Security plugin for a while before setting up Site Kit?

    @erikbraam can you please create a new topic so we can serve you separately.

    @abdullahramzan Yeah, you were right.

    • disabling both modsecurity and iThemes Security
    • removing Google site kit
    • re-installing Google site kit
    • re-enabling modsecurity and iThemes Security

    It now works correctly!

    PS: the compatibility issue is just with iThemes Security and probably some aggressive settings of it

    @voidsec Many thanks for the update. You are correct that there is a specific configuration within iThemes that can result in this behavior:
    “iThemes Security -> System Tweaks -> Filter long URL strings“?

    We’ve been in contact with iThemes and this feature will be depreciated within the next plugin major release. If you wish to reactivate ModSecurity and iThemes I would suggest doing so, just disable that toggle. Strange also that troubleshooting mode via the Health Check and Troubleshooting mode didn’t pick this up, it may be due to caching.

    Be sure to get in touch should you have any further queries. If you have a moment free we’d also love to hear your plugin feedback.

    “iThemes Security -> System Tweaks -> Filter long URL strings“?

    This fixed it for me.
