Thanks for reaching out. The errors being output on your Site Kit screens indicate there may be an issue with your website not specific to Site Kit. If you’d like to share the following we’d be happy to investigate:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. A screenshot or details of any errors or recommendations when visiting your Site Health status.

I also noticed you don’t have any redirection in place for your https site. As you can see from this screenshot I can access your site as non secure. Can you please try and ensure all traffic is fully https while also sharing the responses to the above questions?

Unfortunately on the form provided you didn’t include the fully Site Health information as per the steps this screenshot (Tools > Site Health > info > Copy site info to clipboard).

Please share your full Site Health information along with any errors or notifications from your Site Health status.

I also noticed you still don’t have any redirection for your secure (https) site, which can result in mixed content. This is important, as is correcting any REST API related issues. These are not something that can be addressed on the Site Kit side.

Let me know if you have any questions on the above.

Many thanks for sharing your Site Health information. As nothing obvious stands out from initial inspection of the details please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Attempt to view your Site Kit dashboards once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

If you encounter the same error while in troubleshooting mode above please share any warnings or errors indicated on your Site Health status. This is different to your Site Health information, and provides insights into any possible overall WordPress site issues.

Let me know how you get on with the above.

Thank God. Finally, the issue has gone away with this solution – How to fix WordPress REST API error in Google Analytics.

Great to hear that Site Kit is now working for you as expected. Note that the REST API error you provided from your website is not specific to an Analytics error which you reported. While resetting the plugin can fix many common issues this normally doesn’t include REST API issues. While Site Kit depends on the WordPress REST API as many plugins do users can check their REST API status from checking their Site Health details.

If you encounter any further issues be sure to get in touch.
