I’m seeing the following error show up in Site Kit:

    Data error in Analytics

    Error establishing a Redis connection
To disable Redis, delete the object-cache.php file in the /wp-content/ directory.

Obviously I don’t want to disable Redis, as it’s providing the object-cache for the site. Redis appears to be working just fine.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

    Thank you. Jonathan

Thanks for reaching out @inspired888. If you’d like to share the following we can hopefully determine more on this and ensure the error no longer occurs:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.?
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

Once we have the above we can advise on this further. Troubleshooting steps maybe including any caching plugin configurations, checking for a conflict, or temporarily renaming your object-cache file as opposed to removing it to disable Redis.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
