    On our partner’s website we don’t see any measurement data, not only in the plugin, but neither in Google Analytics.

    Could you help me what could be the problem?

    Thanks for reaching out, hopefully we can assist. In order to troubleshoot this issue please share the following:

    1. Any console errors you encounter on the same screen where you see this notice.
    2. Your Site Health information. You can share privately using this form?
    3. Have you (or your client) been able to view Analytics data on this site previously?

    2. I just filled it!
    3. Yes, we had been able to view.

    Thanks for sharing. From inspecting your setup all seems fine. To ensure it’s not a user permissions issue have you checked the Google account which this user used to setup Site Kit, while ensuring this Google account has access to that Analytics property at analytics.google.com?

    You can also perform the following check to ensure this is specific to this user or Google account:

    1. Access that Analytics from from analytics.google.com
    2. Provide access to that Analytic property to another Google account
    3. Create another test WordPress administrator user on this site
    4. Login to the site with this new administrator user and then connect Site Kit using that Google account

    If you confirm the user does have access to this Analytics property based on the Google account they used to setup Site Kit please share the full error message they encounter and we can investigate this further.
