    We cannot access some data in our Sitekit plugin. The error it gives is “Data error in Analytics”. No matter how much I refresh it, it does not get fixed. We receive the relevant error from Turksem.com.

    I want to see the relevant data directly from our own site. I would be very happy if you could help.

    Thanks for reaching out @tatilpanosu. Based on the error you’re reporting, there may be something at server or database level impacting reporting within the Site Kit dashboard. So we can determine more, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. Can you confirm the error message that’s displayed if you’re familiar with the language? I tried to translate the content, displaying “….while setting up the database connection“.

    Once we have the above, we can provide the most suitable troubleshooting suggestions. This may including attempting to disconnect the Analytics module and connecting once more, or running some checks on another site from the same hosting provider.
