    Vielen Dank vorab

Thanks for opening a support topic. The message is unusual and I can’t be sure what’s occurring on your site on first inspection. While there are some browser console errors in relation to multiple AdSense snippets this shouldn’t impacting your Site Kit AdSense dashboard.

As you have various optimizations performed on your first can you try to first of all temporarily deactivate your WP-Optimize plugin and when login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window? From there please share whether your AdSense dashboards load normally.

If not please share your Site Health information privately via this form, along with any console errors on the same screen whereby you see this “Data error in Adsense, Invalid Value” notice.

    Thank you for your information.

    Nothing changed by deactivating WP-Optimize.

I’ve send the Site Health information to the form.

    Kind regards,
    Fiona

Sorry to hear that didn’t work, and thanks for sharing your Site Health information. While nothing stands out from inspecting the details provided there do seem to be a large amount of plugins active, including the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which can be great to help identify plugin conflicts. With that please attempt the below:

    1. From your WordPress dashboard navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    2. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    3. Attempt to view your AdSense dashboard once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

If the same issue occurs can you please provide a screenshot of the AdSense dashboard showing this error, along with any browser console errors that appear?

If you prefer to use a screen recording as opposed to providing a screenshot you can use a service such as Loom or RecordIt. If you want to share these details privately feel free to use the same form previously used.

    Hello,

I did what you suggested but nothing changed.

Browser: Edge, but the error appears in Chrome or Firefox too.

    Kind regards

Thanks for sharing, sorry to hear that didn’t work. While I discuss this case with the team and try to collect insights can you please try to temporary switch your language from formal German to regular German? I ask as this error did occur for another user previously based on their language settings.

    Hello

    thank you for your help.
I changed to regular German and yes, now the error disappeared.

    Nice.

But … I prefer formal German with “Sie” instead of “Du”.

    Kind regards,
    Fiona

Many thanks for the update. You are absolutely correct that you should be able to use formal German if you wish! I’ve since created the below GitHub issue for our team to review:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/3285

I’ll keep you updated here once I have any update on this. Many thanks for helping us to identify this.

Many thanks for your patience with this @fionaamann. I can see you’re using the latest version of Site Kit. Can you inform me if the issue persists with this version? We have a fix in place as per the related GitHub issue and I’m curious to know if you switch back to format German if all is working as expected on your side.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
