Appreciate you sharing your insights into this, and opening an individual support topic @yavuzyayla. In order to troubleshoot this further, can you give me an example URL for one of your popular products, ideally a product that you would expect to see in the top content table. That way I can try to determine if there is something impacting how it is detected either in Analytics or as part of your standard WordPress content type.

While you’re doing so, I’ll add your details to the existing GitHub issue. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing @yavuzyayla. Just to let you know that we are still investigating this and I will have an update for you this week.

What may be of use while I discuss this with the team, is to follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your live site from?a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot” (I can see that you already have the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin active)
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“ and also WooCommerce (without enabling any further extensions.
    4. Visit the Site Kit dashboard once more and check for the same error. Note that you may need to?change the reporting period?so the plugin requests a fresh update of data.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Hey James, I’m kind off in nomad Mode digitally as I’m away from PC. Will give you a troubleshooting report as you described somewhat mid next week. Is that OK?

    Regards, Yavuz

That’s not a problem @yavuzyayla, appreciate the update.

Regardless of whether you do have time to perform the suggested troubleshooting steps, I’ll keep you updated here with any updates should we have them. So far we’ve been unable to recreate the same, so do let me know if manage to find the time to perform the steps.

    Enjoy your time away!

It doesn’t show anything at all, still the report is not showing and failing. Hope this helps.

Many thanks for your patience on this @yavuzyayla. I’ve been testing this and I believe the issue may be as a result of some of the required custom dimensions for your selected Analytics property no longer existing. To confirm this, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the “Change metrics” option from your Site Kit dashboard
    2. Deselect the “Most popular products by pageviews” metric
    3. Click on the “Apply changes” button
    4. You will see on your Site Kit dashboard that this tile no longer exists. Click on the “Change metrics” link once more
    5. Select the “Most popular products by pageviews” metric once more. You will see a notice that your Analytics property will be updated.
    6. Click on the “Apply changes” button
    7. You may see the Data loading failed error once more, but please wait an hour as we cache responses.
    8. After one hour, visit your Site Kit dashboard once more, checking the “Most popular product’s” key metrics tile.

Let me know how you get on with the above, or ask if you have any questions.
