Data deletion does not work (Formidable forms)

I’ve noticed that nobody answers support since you’ve been doing more than 6 days.

Can we trust that this plugin will continue to be updated?

Please, I trusted this plugin for all my adaptations to the GDPR and now I notice that since the last update the deletion of data does not work. I use formidable forms.

I understand your concerns! I’m doing my best to catch up with my regular day to day workload so I could continue with updating the plugin and handling support. It’s just a lot of work at once, so occasionally I cannot react very quickly.

Meanwhile, do you mind describing the problem in detail? Is the primary email of the form set? Is the “exclude this form from data deletion” checkbox NOT checked? How many forms & entries do you have?

1.- Do you mind describing the problem in detail?

I do not know if you remember that there was a problem before May 25 with the GDPR for Formidable Forms plugin. You launched a new update and the problem was solved but by doing tests I realized that what happens now is that it does not delete the entries when I want to delete data using the plugin.

Yes it exports the data in html and in json (perfect), but it does not erase the entries of the forms when I click on delete data. In the previous version of GDPR for Formidable Forms plugin, data erasure did work.

2.- Is the primary email of the form set? Yes.

3.- Is the “exclude this form from data deletion” checkbox NOT checked? Is not checked.
3.- How many forms & entries do you have? 3 different forms.
