Data collected from widget but confirmation not sent

The widget is collecting the data under the Subscribers menu, but the re is no confirmation email being sent out..

If its easier, I’d just like to know where the file is that tells them that there has been an email sent out and not include that sentence in the success message. I can’t find where that info is…
