Data are not saved in Google sheets

    I use pluggin to save data in a google sheet. Data are not saved but I get email from the form.
    I did all steps from your documentation.
    How can I resolve it?

    Hi @l1mts,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Can you check log.txt file for any error printed and paste it over here? You can open it via Google Sheet -> Integration page.

    Also, make sure that you only use small alphabets and hyphen for your Contact form 7 field names and Google Sheet header names.

    Example Your Name must be your-name, Date must be date, etc.

    It should not have capital letters, number as initial and special characters like underscores, double or single code, space, etc.
