    Hi,
I have a problem with WooCommerce Admin plugin, from 16 august not show the data (the orders seem to have stopped at that date, but in reality the orders arrive).
On the test platform I tried to update wordpress, woocommerce the same plugin (in the production site there is an older version), but it doesn’t work the same. Do you have any ideas about it?

  • Hi @eminflex! I understand you’re not seeing Analytics data for August 16th onward. I also see that this thread has been marked as resolved. Did you figure out a solution to this issue?

If not, could you send me your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” If a URL would be easier, it should be yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status , replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL.

If you’re worried about privacy, I’d recommend redacting your site URL, which appears only in the first two lines of the status report. Everything else should be generic and won’t identify your site in any way.

    Hi, thank you for reply.
No, I haven’t found any solution. I marked it as solved, because I don’t think there can be a solution as it would actually be needed for the production site, where however it isn’t possible for me to update WooCommerce for various technical reasons. The current version is 3.8.1

Hi @eminflex. Technically we don’t support down to 3.8.1, but I can offer you some general tips.

The first thing I’d check would be your Scheduled Actions logs, as the import of data into the Analytics reports uses Action Scheduler.

To do this, go to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions in your site’s WP admin area and click on the “Pending” heading to see the scheduled actions that haven’t run yet. Then, type “wc-admin” into the search bar. Do you see any pending scheduled actions after this search?

Thanks again for the support. Yes, there are more than 300 “pending” actions scheduled, the wp-cron.php does not start?
    Can I start them manually?

If WP-Cron is having issues, that is likely where your problem is coming from. I’d recommend installing the WP Crontrol plugin, then going to Tools > Cron Events in your WP Admin area.

On the resulting page, at the top, do you see any errors, such as messages about “unable to spawn WP Cron” because of a 401 or 403, or anything like that?
