    Hi @ all.

It′s my first time using WLCMS.

I use Elementor Pro and made a custom Dashboard like described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_46Cn__mPc

I have the Problem, that my Dashboard is without any Style (All same sice and all in black), and i dont know what i can do that it works like it should do.
In Elementor all is fine but on the Dashboard all is without style.

I dont see a javascript error in my browser console.

    Do you have any tipps?

    Best Regards Dirk

    Hello,

Thank you for using White Label CMS.

May I suggest trying a simple design or import from Elementor template library.

There is a limitation of adding other plugin components to be placed in the Elementor template, especially if the assets we’re not rendered in the admin page.

    Same here,

I tried a simple design with
one Headline (H1) and Text, the headline is not shown at all and the text in another size and color. So actual it makes no sense to use Elementor to style the Welcome Box.

Any Ideas how to fix this? Thank you very much in advance.

I didn’t find a way to fix it.

I also tried at a new site with only one h1 text.

    Html does not work also.

The strange thing is that it worked the first day at my main website. And at the second day there is no style.

I also tried different computer and windows versions.

    Best regards

Seeing the same on a few sites. Since i thought this might be related to WP5.5 I installed a jQuery migrate helper and disabled any caching methods, but I don’t see changes. It also seems to fail silently without message in the console or network panel.

    Hello,

I apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

Unfortunately, I can not replicate the issue. We tested the plugin up to version 5.5, Elementor and with or without Elementor Pro.

Kindly list all the active plugins and theme for us to investigate more.

Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

I’ve the same problem. Only such as buttons etc. can be seen, but no style. Everything looks the same no colors, sizes are the same etc…

Would be great to get a feedback from support. Even if I contact the support directly, there is no reaction

Exactly same issue here. On another dashboard, I load the template with an iframe and it is shown correctly but not as a direct template. Only Header and text in color background. No style is applied.

Too bad that the support does not react at all. No matter if here or if you contact them directly.

It seems that this problem with the styles, several users have.

Hello @dw1988, I just tried Page Builder Framework By David Vongries theme, installed only the latest Elementor free version and WLCMS plugins and worked fine on my end.

Can anyone take a screen recording on the themes, installed plugins, White Label CMS settings and the dashboard.

@chrigel, may I know where you sent your message directly, is it [email protected]?

I’ve got the same issue here.

I’ve sent my screen recording to [email protected] as VUM Support – Jhay requested.

    Hello,

@tommo154, we got your screen recording, thank you.

Different style output displayed in the dashboard issue is due to the conflict with WordPress Parent style set versus Elementor Style.

While we are still finding a way to reset and follow Elementor style, for now, please adjust the default style of the elements such as size and colours from Elementor component/widget editor

Thanks for your feedback ?? .

So I can plan ahead, are you able to tell me when you expect to have this issue resolved?

Also, I’m not 100% sure if I understand you correctly when you say “Elementor component/widget editor”. Are you able to provide an example? Because I think my video showed that the CSS in widget editors weren’t working either.

(Apologies if I have misunderstood you)

    Great plugin BTW

    Thank you for your help!
    Now it works!

    @tommo154

You need to define the Color and Size of every Item whith direct values.
Elementor uses “Primary Color, Secondary Color”..

You need to set it to #FFFFFF and size 15PX (for example)
