    If the plugin is disabled, that code for the widget can’t run.

    This must be a cache issue. Try deleting your cache.

    Hi Alexandre,

    After giving this some thought, what you said makes sense. The disabled part relates to the tracking code, not the widgets. There is a specific section in the settings to disable the dashboard widget called: Admin Dashboard Widgets

    I understand your advice but I think that disabling the tracking code should remove or disable the dashboard widget too!
