Dashboard Widget – Graph Disappeared

    We’re using the free version of Monster Insights and recently had to re-authenticate our Google Analytics account to get data to show back up on our Dashboard Widget. Since we’ve re-authenticated the Graph on the widget has disappeared. We get an Overview Report with some numbers but not the Graph we’re used to.

    There’s no JavaScript errors in our console, no WordPress errors in our debug.log, and the WordPress Health Check Troubleshooting Mode to disable all active plugins ( except Monster Insights ) didn’t solve the issue.

    Is this a misconfiguration of the widget, has this feature been removed, or something else? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi there,
    We’ve never had a graph on the dashboard widget that comes in our Lite version.

    It sounds like you were maybe using the pro version perhaps? That does have graphs but those were never in the Lite version.
