Hi, @ahmadegbaria000!
Dashboard widget Woocommerce Status disappear ??
I hope we can help you find that!
Do you mean this “WooCommerce Status”?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/RHiPm7If yes, can you please check if it may have been rearranged or closed? I’ve had that happen to me before. I accidentally dragged it to a different part of the dashboard and I thought I lost it!
Your words did not help me
I’m sorry my reply was not very helpful!
Can you please send us a screenshot of what you see when you click on Screen Options at the top-right of your WordPress dashboard? For reference, I would like to check this part of your site:

Thank you for that screenshot, @ahmadegbaria000!
Can you let me know which version of WordPress and WooCommerce your site is using? You can check that under WooCommerce > Status > System Status.
In the past, we’ve seen the issue you’re experiencing being caused by a conflict, either with your site’s theme or another plugin.
To test if there is any such conflict, what you can do is use a plugin like Health Check. It has a troubleshooting mode where only you as the admin will see any changes made to the site. The general steps for the conflict test would be:
1. Enable troubleshooting mode on the Health Check plugin which will deactivate all plugins and switch the site’s theme to a default one like Storefront
2. Activate WooCommerce
3. Check if WooCommerce Status now appears in your dashboardIf the problem is gone, then activate plugins one at a time. In between each activation, repeat step 3. If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin here:

Not appear in troubleshooting mode
??
Okay, please allow me to clarify. Outside troubleshooting mode, can you please let me know which version of WordPress and WooCommerce your site is using? You can check that under WooCommerce > Status > System Status?
The server environment values above don’t quite give us a lot of information, although I do note that the PHP time limit is at a rather low 60. We normally recommend at least 300. Your hosting provider should be able to help you adjust that.
Thank you! It doesn’t tell us anything about WooCommerce on your site, unfortunately.
Can you please clarify for me, under WP Admin > Plugins, is WooCommerce still installed and active on your site?
Can you send me a screenshot of that as well?

Thank you! I see that WooCommerce is up-to-date, so that’s a good start.
The PHP time limit is still low, though, so please see if your hosting provider can help you increase that to at least 300.
Under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, can you please also check if you’re seeing any fatal errors logs there?
Noting change, and log is empty
Earlier, when I asked you to enable troubleshooting mode using the Health Check plugin, you mentioned, “Not appear in troubleshooting mode.”
Can you please clarify, after enabling troubleshooting mode, did you re-enable WooCommerce so that it’s the only plugin active on your site?
