Dashboard visitors not being removed when they leave

using base version 7.1.05, Pro version 7.0.06.

We are trying to get this plugin figured out so we can deploy it site wide very soon.

The issue we are having currently is that on dashboard screen Live Chat >> Live Chat. It will add visitors to that list but never remove them when they leave. Sometimes visitors do not get added at all.

When we reload the page all the visitors come back, but sometimes a message will breifly appear saying “Connection Error (Uncaught) – Retrying in 5 seconds…” related to file in wp-live-chat-support/js/wplc_u_admin.js:174:27
