dashboard stuck can not click on drop down

  • hello sir

    recently i got a problem with the dashboard. After when i log in when i at the dash selection.
    My dashboard consist of :-

    right now
    recent comment
    incoming link
    plugin
    stat
    etc

    I can not click on to the drop down stuck can not open.

    anyone can help

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.

    – disabling Google Gears if you have that running/installed within Firefox.
