Dashboard still showing Out of Date warning even after plugin update

  • Hi There,

    We have installed and updated the latest copy of the Klaviyo plugin v 3.0.2, however, our Klaviyo dashboard is still showing the out-of-date message error and it has been more than 24 hours. Should we be concerned?

    @supportnirmal I was able to access your Klaviyo account and seeing plenty of api calls returning 500 errors. Could you please work with our support in order to get to the bottom of these?

    @supportnirmal I also want to share that what you are seeing is listed in our help links here

    You will need to

    * Deactivate the Klaviyo plugin in WordPress
    * Remove the WooCommerce integration in Klaviyo
    * Re-integrate
