Seems the problem is the ‘~’ , some hosts ( SiteGround in my example ) do not allow to access the javascript files that has the ‘~’ and shows 403. Here an example

example.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-admin/dist/chunks/vendors~activity-panels-inbox~leaderboards~store-alerts~task-list.dd09e8a86b0bcaa9aff7.min.js shows the 403, all other files that do not have tilde are accessible.

Maybe a fix can be done on the WooCommerce side to not use ~ ?

    Thank you
