Dashboard Screen Options Freeze

    Hi

    I hope you can help me.

    I have the WP Gallary Bank standard installation. I updated the plugin recently and found out that the Dashboard Screen Options now freezes. When I click on the Screen Options button nothing happens. I have also noticed that the Jetpack Site Stats widget also does not display. I guess there is some conflict between the two. I decided to deactivated Jetpack and then saw that the Screen Options was still frozen. Obviously the stats widget had been removed. I then activated Jetpack again and then decativated WP Gallary Bank. Both the Screen Options and the Jetpack stats started to work ok again.

    I have reluctantly reactivated WP Gallary Bank which means the the Options is frozen again. Luckily I have not started using your plugin yet but I was planning to very soon.

    I noticed the new update (3.0.76) and applied to my site. Even after deactivating and then reactivating the plugin the issue still exists. For now I have deactivated the Plugin until this issue is fixed.

    I am wondering if you have the same problem as me:
    I have Gallery Bank Pro 3.8.7.
    When I click Gallery Bank in the admin panel, the 6 tabs (Dashboard, Album Sorting, Global Settings, etc) cannot be clicked. Whatever I click on, I see the “Gallery Bank Licensing Module” information below, where the tab content should appear.
    No Javascript errors are being generated either.
    Is this the same behavior you are describing as “Dashboard Screen Options Freeze”?
    I will try deactivating my plugins and see if there is some conflict …

    Well, it seems that after I clicked OK on the Licensing Module settings that were being shown to me instead of the tab content (even though the license info never changed), it began showing the appropriate tabs’ content again.
    So I guess it’s OK now. How frustrating!
    (Deactivating plugins had no effect, by the way.)

    I installed the pro edition including API key and order key. A popup will not go away that says:
    “Gallery Bank
    If you are using Gallery Bank for the first time, you can view this video to setup the Plugin.”

    I have watched the video, have logged out, logged back in, deactivated, activated the plugin. And it’s in the way of the gallery bank menus. And even when I go to list of pages or list of posts it stays there and blocks access to items below the popup. Ideas on how to get rid of it?

    Gallery Bank Pro Edition by Tech Banker version 3.8.7
    PHP Version : 5.3.28
    MySQL Version : 5.1.67
    only one more installed active plugin: Disable Site by Jimmy K. version 1.2.1 (site is under construction)

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
