Dashboard Question

    Hi, I have MalCare on 2 sites. One I can see the dashboard from within WordPress and the other takes me out of WordPress to MalCare. Both plugins are updated.

    Now one is behind a Coming Soon window. Is that why I can’t see it on my WordPress dashboard?

    I would like to see login attempts etc. THANKS!

    Hey!

    Thank you for your message.

    This is occurring because we’ve pushed a new update where all new MalCare plugin setups will take you to app.malcare.com instead of showing you the data within wp-admin. This is done for us to have more control & show more information.

    I would recommend removing the plugin on the website where you see the dashboard within WordPress & re-installing MalCare. Once reinstalled, you can enter your email ID again & it should take you to the MalCare dashboard to manage your site.
