Dashboard page empty

    Hello,

    I installed CSS & JavaScript Toolbox on my wordpress site. The plugin get installed successfully. But on activation its showing empty dashboard page. Neither its asked me to setup for db and other things after activation. I can see the CSS & JavaScript Toolbox in left menu of wp dashboard. But when clicking on it, the CSS & JavaScript Toolbox dashboard page is empty. Please help
