Dashboard or index.php NOT LOADING ..!!

  • Hi guys,.
    i am new to wordpress. i just started my self-hosted wordpress few months before, but one week before my index.php ( i.e dashboard ) was not loaded correctly, the right hand side panel of the dashboard doesn’t load and the bottom part also doesn’t load..
    but i used to directly type the address edit my posts.. now my index.php ( i.e dashboard ) doesn’t loading .. nothing is displayed when i logged in.. the address shows in bar is ” /wp-admin/ ” not ” /wp-admin/index.php ” . if i try to type that nothing is loading.. what should i do get back my dashboard..?!?!

    try renaming/deleting .htaccess via FTP and see if that resolve the issue.

    If it does not resolve the issue, a plugin may be causing this to happen. to check this possibility, try deactivating plugins. if it solves the problem, activate one one to find the cause.

    If that does not solve the problem, try switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

    If that does not resolve the issue, you may need to increasing memory.
