Dashboard opens hundreds of blank windows

The main page of my blogs are fine. I can log in once and bounce around a couple of times from the dashboard to the blog and back then it will hang when trying to go to the dashboard and instead of opening the dashboard in firefox it will simply start opening hundreds of blank windows. In IE it just gives a page not found. Then later it will be ok and same thing happens.
