Dashboard only displays profile

As the topic says, when I logged into my admin panel, all I could see in my dashboard was my profile. No posts, nothing.

It seems like I’ve been stripped of admin privileges, but I can’t think why it would be the case. I haven’t done anything to the settings.

However, it was awhile since I last logged into my dashboard, and I forgot my admin password and email, so I got those info from myphpadmin (without changing anything) and managed to get the right email to reset my password and log in.

Any help on this would be really appreciated. Thanks!
