The “How is your experience with BackWPup?” popup keeps appearing at the top of the dashboard and keeps showing up without disappearing even after clicking “Dismiss” or “Everything is working perfectly.” on multisite installations.

On normal single installations the popup disappears after clicking “Dismiss” or “Everything is working perfectly.”

    Hi,

    1. On which link you are trying to click to dismiss the notice:
“Dismiss” or “Everything is working perfectly.” or “I’ve encountered some issues.”
    2. The list of your active plugins
      Antispam Bee, BackWPup, MainWP Child
    3. Your website configuration
Website is not located in a subfolder, all plugins are up to date, WordPress is also up to date, the Website is running on PHP 8.2

Also the deactivation of the other plugins doesn’t affect the behavior.

    All the best
    Christian
