This is happening exactly what the title says.
“How is your experience with BackWPup?” popup keeps appearing at the top of the dashboard and keeps showing up without disappearing even after clicking “Dismiss” or “Everything is working perfectly.”
My backups are working fine and I need this message to go away.

I have several sites that I manage and I use BackWPup for all of them (thanks again!). but only one is experiencing this phenomenon.

Is there anything we should try to resolve this?

    Hi,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you please provide us more details to be able to reproduce the issue on our side?

    • On which link you are trying to click to dismiss the notice
    • The list of your active plugins
    • Your website configuration (e.g: in a subfolder, etc…)

    Thanks

    Hi,

I clicked on “Dismiss” and “Everything is working perfectly.”
Both links disappear when clicked, but are redrawn the next moment.

The list of active plug-ins is as follows.
    Admin Bar Position
    Advanced Custom Fields
    BackWPup
    Classic Editor
    Contact Form 7
    Custom Permalinks
    Custom Post Type Permalinks
    Show Current Template
    WP Multibyte Patch
    WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache
    Yoast Duplicate Post

The site where the problem is occurring is a test site and is stored in a separate folder on the same level as the main site.
Because it is a test site, it is almost identical to the main site and contains the same plugins, but the problem is occurring only on the test site. Both are multisite.

I don’t think the theme affects the behavior of the plugins, but the only difference is the theme.
The production site is a classic theme and the test site is a hybrid theme, but since we have just started development, theme.json only lists the JSON schema and API version.

In addition, I am running a main site and a test site in a similar hierarchical structure on a different domain as well, and I have BackWPup installed here as well, but the same phenomenon is not occurring.
Both of these sites, the main site and the test site, use the multisite, classic theme.

    Regards

I would like to add an update.
The issue, which was previously only occurring on the test site, has now started to appear on the main site as well.
