Dashboard not updating – themes and plugins

  • Help… I’m able to upload plugins within the dashboard by doing a manual search of WP plugins, however… I recently downloaded MyReviewPlugin, moved all the content within the plugin and themes folders and copied them to corresponding folders in my WP directory/folder… logged into dashboard online and they are not there?

    What am I missing?
