Dashboard not showing sales

It sounds like there could potentially be a conflict happening.

The best way to determine this is to:
?

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Hi I have deactivated all plugins and changed to the storefront team with only woocommerce activated. I still have no sales showing in the dashboard. Is this related to the it running sandbox orders through stripe do you think or should it still show as though the data real?

Yes, went through the proceedure from start to finish on Woocommerce as a customer using a test stripe credit card and authorized payment. Then went into the back end and completed the order. Went back to stripe and can see the data and transactions in the test data appearing on the stripe dashboard.

It shows the completed status on the woo commerce orders page on the back end and in the my accounts section. And successfully sends all notification emails as per status.
I do not see any information pulling through onto the WooCommerce Dashboard area to reflect any of this activity.

I am not able to reproduce this issue on my site. When I go to WooCommerce>Dashboard all of my test purchases (I only use Stripe sandbox to test), for orders that have been marked as completed are showing in the sales.

Can you please provide a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for the system status report.I’m not seeing anything that would suggest why the reports for sales are not showing for you in the Dashboard.

Are you able to check and make sure the dates for the report that you are trying to view the sales for, matches the date(s) when you have completed your test purchases?
