The link is [ redundant link removed ]
When I open the dashboard, it takes me to the website. I am unable to get through to the backend.

I tried logging in through the FTP.
It is only showing / folder which has no files.

    Can someone please help me?

  • What exactly is the issue?

When I visit your WordPress login page, I am able to see the login screen.

Video: you can take a look at this video though.

    Hi @roshanayas

If you can’t access through FTP, please, talk with your hosting, so you can disable plugins.

Then try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Have a nice day

@manojlk yes, I get to the login with username and password page.
When I add the credentials, I am logged in but I can’t access the dashbaord.
It takes me to homepage. When I click on Dashboard from the top right corner, it redirects me to the homepage, not the dashboard.
