Dashboard not loading

  • The Ithemes security dashboard is not loading, nor is the settings page, only the logs. The plugin is still working based on its configuration. I am using multisite. I’ve used this plugin for years and years, so really unsure of what is happening. I haven’t changed any configurations recently, so am also unsure of when this change happened. It noticed because my media upload limit changed to 1 MB, and it is this plugin that caused the problem (when I disable, everything works). Any ideas on this? I love the plugin, you guys are awesome.

    Sounds like a React issue. Any errors in the browser console ?

    IMHO the iTSec plugin does not change the value of the PHP upload_max_filesize directive (I actually performed a global search through the plugin PHP code for upload_max_filesize. Found but its value only gets reported in the Debug page, not set).
    If it would, it would probably try and increase the value. Lowering it to 1 MB makes no sense.

    Yes, that’s it, React is not loading. No idea why.

    Still no idea why, and apparently no one has any ideas on this?
