Dashboard not displaying properly – can’t access admin links

I just upgraded to 2.7 and now my dashboard isn’t displaying any of the admin links that are supposed to show on the left hand side. Here’s a screenshot of what my dashboard looks like.

After the page finishes loading, I get the “done, but with errors on page” message in IE 7. Error reads as follows:

Error: ‘css[…]’ is null or not an object
Code: 0

Please help! I’m assuming it’s some type of javascript error, but I have the latest version of js…so I’m not sure what to try next.
