  • Did you try to add wp-debug code to your wp-config file?

Your site is loading, so try manually deactivating your plugins just to see if that’s the cause.

    1. Using FTP or whatever file management tools your host has provided you with navigate to the wp-content directory.
    2. Once there locate and rename (do not delete) the plugins directory to plugins-old. Just that one directory and nothing else.
    3. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache as a precaution.
    4. Try and re-login to your WordPress dashboard via this link https://rollerdoorsireland.ie/wp-admin/plugins.php

If all goes well then you will get back in and see all the “missing plugin” complaints and that those plugins are now deactivated.

If that works then rename the plugins-old directory back to plugins and re-activate each one at a time. When you get locked out again that will tell you where the problem is.

    None of this worked guys

Download a previous version of wordpress, ideally the version that was on previously and replace the wp-admin and wp-includes folders. Make sure you have a back-up of the site first.

How can I back up the site using FTP

You will need to download all the files off the ftp and back up the database. To do this you will need to have access to the host.

I think I know the problem.I have been here before with Digi-Web Hosting. I once was working with a Client and he was using I think Digi Web. So…. I spent hours and hours on phone to Digi Web trying to figure out why things was not working. It turned out there software was outdated. Its didn’t support a word press update from last year. I think there server software and something to do with newest MySQL. I’m gonna contact them tomorrow and see if this is the problem again

If you are moving the site let me know.
