DashBoard Not Appearing

    So I installed WordPress and got a MySQL database.

    Then I did the wp-admin/install.php and made an account successfully.

    Finally I logged in.

    From what I’ve gathered that after I do this, or I go to https://site_name.com/wp-admin/ the dashboard should appear. However this is not happening for me. All I get is a page that says index of and all the files on the server.
