Dashboard missing tabs–would update help?

  • I’m at a lose. There are no less then 20 posts about missing tabs in the dashboard. No answer, except sign in as admin, and all the topics are closed. My version is 3.7.3. I’m wondering if updating to 3.9.1 would clear things up. Anyone have any input?

    Yes, please start by upgrading to 3.9.1.

    If the problem continues, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
